Virginia Lee "Jenny" Williams, 55, died on Monday, March 20, 2017 in Dalhart, Texas. SERVICE CHANGE/ DUE TO WEATHER- The joint Memorial Service was held at NewLife Fellowship at 2:00 pm, Friday on March 24, 2017. Virginia "Jenny" Lee Williams was born on Friday, August 9, 1961 to Gary & Dixie (Flynn) Melton in Ft. Worth, Texas and grew up in Lakewood, CO. While in Colorado Jenny worked as a chef for many years. Jenny moved to Dalhart, TX in 2004 where she worked at The Grill for a short time. Jenny loved cooking and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Jenny is survived by her husband, Joe Rohwein of Dalhart, Texas, her mother, Dixie (Flynn) Melton of Denver, Co. and her daughter, Brittany (Williams) Soll & her husband, Josh. Jenny is also her survived by her 5 grandchildren Trenton, Ryan, Haylee & Elliott Soll of Colorado City, CO and grandson, Daniel Alan Williams of Dalhart, TX and 1 great-grandchild, Kenli Soll of Colorado City, CO. Jenny is preceded in death by her father, Gary Melton, her son, Jared Alan Williams and her daughter, Heather Amy Williams who passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
