Troy Wayne Wenger, 28, died Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at his home in Dalhart, TXFuneral Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 11, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Dalhart, TX. Burial was in the Countryside Mennonite Cemetery, Hartley, TX. Troy was born March 2, 1982, to Wayne and Grace Wenger at Demopolis, Alabama. He moved with his family to Texas in 1996 and farmed with his dad. He was a member of the Countryside Mennonite Church. In November 1999, Troy was involved in a farm accident which left him dependent on others for his care. His death was the result of complications from his accident.Survivors include his parents Wayne and Grace Wenger of the home. Two brothers, Phil and wife Cynthia of Longwood, Florida; Ross and wife Kerissa of Wrens, Georgia; two sisters, Kim and Clark Schafer, Dalhart, Texas; Calla of the home, his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Elton Wenger of Moundridge, Kansas., Five nephews, and three nieces, He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry and Gladys Wenger, and his Paternal grandfather, Elton Wenger. : Memorials: Countryside Mennonite ChurchP.O.
