Anthony Lee Dooley, 79, went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 in Archer City, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart, Texas. Officiated by Pastor Rusty Hancock of Lincoln Street Baptist Church. Arrangements provided by Horizon Funeral Home. Anthony Lee (Tony) Dooley was born June 8, 1940 to R.L. Dooley and Edna Dooley in Amarillo, Texas. Tony lived many years in Borger, Dalhart and Austin, Texas. Tony had many friends and loved listening to western music especially Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys. He also loved John Wayne movies and fishing. Tony is preceded in death by both of his parents and grandparents. Tony is survived by his brother, Jack Dooley and his wife, Bonnie, of Austin, Texas. 2 nephews, Jackie Dooley and Kim Stewart and Zack Dooley and his wife, Cindy, all of Austin, Texas. 1 great nephew and 3 great nieces and families, Garrett Dooley, Shanna Dooley, Jordun and Justin Muncy, Christa and Frank Lynch, Janson Muncy and Clara Jean Lynch as well as many loved cousins.
