Sharon Fisk, 68, died Sunday, October 11, 2015 in Dalhart, Texas. Funeral Services were held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday,October 14, 2015 at Lakeview United Methodist Church with Rev. Ryan Strebeck, Pastor - Lakeview United Methodist Church officiating. Services provided by Horizon Funeral, Cremation, and Memorial Services Dalhart, TX Sharon Mae White was born November 29, 1947 in Dalhart, TX to Fred and Juanell (Purcell) White. Raised in Dalhart, she graduated from Dalhart High School in 1967. On April 13, 1968 she married Larry Fisk, the love of her life, and they enjoyed 47years together. She ran her in home child care for nearly 20 years, was co-owner of Petals Flowers and Gifts w her sister Kristi Frische, and spent 16 years preparing meals and caring for the children of the Dalhart Area Childcare Center. Sharon was a member of the Lakeview United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school and was active in many church activities. Her love for kids was evident in her working as a volunteer tutor at the Elementary School. As busy as she was, her love for gardening was evident in her beautiful yard. She is survived by her husband Larry Fisk of Dalhart, TX, a son Lance Fisk and his wife Kimberly of Deer Lodge, MT, a daughter Whitney McFarland and her husband Casey of Craig, CO, a granddaughter Liana Fisk of Casper, WY, her mother Juanell White of Dalhart, TX a sister Kristi and her husband Junior Frische of Dalhart, TX and 2 brothers: Doug White and his wife Linda of Dalhart, TX and Royce White of Dalhart, TX, Brothers-in-Law: Steve and his wife Rhonda Fisk of Amarillo, TX and Ron and his wife Joan Fisk of Dalhart, TX as well as numerous Nieces and Nephews.She is preceded in death by her father Fred White her father and mother in law: Lloyd and Mary Helen Fisk.The family will be at 1201 Margaret.Memorials to Lakeview United Methodist Church, Strike out Cancer or a favorite charity.
