Sandra Gray, 57, of Amarillo, Texas went to be with the Lord Friday, May 31, 2019 at 4:00 pm. Sandra Lea Ringo was born November 4, 1961 in Dalhart, TX to Elvin and Grace (Brooks) Ringo. Sandra was raised in Ulysses, KS and graduated from Ulysses High School in 1980. Sandra moved to Dalhart, TX after graduation and then later moved to Canyon, TX. Sandra was a wonderful homemaker and cook and spent over 19 years running a daycare center from her home. On April 21, 2012 she married Chris Gray and they made their home in Amarillo, TX. She was self-employed as a pilot car driver for her husband. "Sandra was a wonderful child and a beautiful woman, a great wife and mother, who was loved and respected by her friends and family." Survivors include her husband, Chris of Amarillo, TX, her son, Justin Fowler of Amarillo, TX, her daughter, Joanna (Fowler) McEvers of Canyon, TX as well as sons: Aaron Gray and his wife Gail of Hays, KS, Eric Gray and his wife Chelsea of Ulysses, KS and daughter Amanda Gray of Ulysses, KS, a sister Diane (Ringo) Thompson and her husband Sam and a brother Wayne Ringo and his wife Kyle both of Dalhart, TX. Her parents Elvin and Grace Ringo of Dalhart, TX, her niece Jessica Aragon of Houston, TX, her nephew Marshall Aragon and his wife Vilma of Dalhart, TX, and one great niece. Grandchildren: Jax & Jayci McEvers, Evan, Draven & Sara Gray, Ava, Gatlin & Averie Partida and Harley Gray. Sandra was preceded in death by her nephew Andrew Aragon. Local Florists Funeral Services were held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church, 1019 Lincoln St., Dalhart, TX with Pastor Rusty Hancock officiating.
