Samuel Abner Wyatt, age 73 of Dalhart, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Legacy Rehabilitation and Living in Amarillo following a long illness.

Samuel was born in Dodge City, Kansas on July 2, 1950, and lived in Dalhart most of his life. He was the son of the late Herbert Abner and Alice Anna Kline Wyatt.

Samuel was a salesperson for HWB until they closed and for Gebo's for 15 years. He retired in 2012.

In addition to his parents, Samuel was preceded in death by his brothers: Ben Wyatt and Lyman Wyatt; sisters: Helen Wyatt and Nancy Wyatt. He is survived by his nephews: Kenneth (Manuela) Elliott of Dalhart, Richard Elliott of Florida, and TJ Lasley of Canada; niece, Barbara (Fred) Beckstead of Iowa; many great-nephews and great-nieces.

A private graveside service will be conducted at Larned Cemetery in Larned, Kansas.
