Raised in Dalhart, Sally worked for the Sands restaurant and Coon Memorial Hospital for many years. In October of 1946 she married John Martinez. A loving mother, grandmother and wife, she was a member of St. Anthonys Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 4 brothers, 1 sister, 1 son, 2 granddaughters and 1 great-grandson She is survived by 3 sons: Tony Ritter and Steve Martinez of Dalhart, Texas and David Martinez of Amarillo, TX. 2 brothers: Bernade and John Carranza of Dalhart, Texas - 1 sister: Grace Carranza of Dalhart, Texas 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren
