Ruth Bohrer, 97, died Saturday, December 25, 2010 in Dalhart, Texas Graveside Services were held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rusty Hancock, Pastor- Lincoln Street Baptist Church officiated. Jessie Ruth Jenkins was born January 30, 1913 in Dalhart, TX to John and Clara (Richardson) Jenkins. She grew up in Dalhart and married Lee Bohrer on December 7, 1929 in Clayton, NM. Survivors include her sons: Dallas Bohrer of Gulfport, FL, Dennis and his wife Helen Bohrer of Amarillo, TX, Jim Bohrer of Houston, TX, John and his wife Sherry Bohrer of Amarillo, TX, Rick and his wife Nancy Bohrer of Clear Lake shores, TX and a daughter Sheryl and her husband Perry Fulfer of Jal, NM and a sister Nancy and her husband Lee Erdwin of Wichita, KS.18 Grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son- Darwin, 2 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren, 5 Brothers and 3 sisters.
