Ross Lee Parry, 84, born on February 11, 1939, in Gardena, CA, and a long-time resident of Dalhart, TX, passed away surrounded by love on December 7, 2023. A devoted family man, Ross leaves behind a legacy of warmth and compassion, expressing the sentiment that "the heart of the home beats in the kitchen" - a quote warmly attributed to his favorite author, Laurie Colwin.

He is survived by his dear wife Linda Mae Parry of the home, his two sons, Leonard Parry and wife Cassie of Flagler, CO, and Steven Parry and Cindy Russell of Grapevine, TX. Ross's joy was amplified by his seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His brother Glen Parry, and sister Carol Park will hold dear the memories of a life well-lived. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Mary C. Parry.

Ross was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching golf and football. Ross cherished every moment he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. And of course, there was a special place in his heart for all his pets. Ross will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.
