Roger Norman Cooper was born November 4, 1970 in Lamar, CO. to Norman Cooper and Evelyn Lane Searl. Roger grew up in Dalhart and went to St. Anthonys Catholic School and Dalhart Public School. He was a Professional Musician and enjoyed the outdoors. He is survived by his daughter Ashley Cooper, mother Evelyn Searl, father Nick Cooper, sisters Charlotte Burkhalter, Jolene Baxter, Sheila Sinclair and brother Jimmy Baxter. And 2 grandchildren Brandon and Braxton Cooper. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
