Rocky grew up in Possum Kingdom and Lake Worth. Rocky moved to Dalhart in the mid 80s. Mr. Rogers attended Peoples Church. Survivors include his two brothers: Dyke Rogers of Dalhart, TX and David Rogers of Bay City, TX his nephew Rich Rogers of Dallas, TX Nieces Leslie Coffee of Dalhart, TX Christian Moses of Austin, TX and Jenny Rogers of Amarillo, TXPreceded in death by his parents, and one brother Mike Rogers
