Robbie Lynn Britz, 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 23, 2018 at home in Dalhart, Texas. Celebration of Life with Robbie's family and friends was held at 4:00 PM on Friday, March 2, 2018 at #3 Canyon View, Dalhart, Texas. Robbies generosity of spirit was evident in her donation of her body to the Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas to advance the medical discipline and aid students in their knowledge and quest to become medical professionals. Robbie Lynn Spraberry was born on Wednesday, June 18, 1947 in Lubbock, Texas to Albert Spraberry, Jr. & Helen Louise (Powell) Ford. Robbie married Jake Britz on April 21, 1989 in Big Spring, Texas. Jake died on June 2, 2011. Robbie loved working and visiting with her customers at Dalhart Bearing & Machine Shop. She loved her family especially her grand kiddos- Gigi, Miggie, Shadoe, Chelsea, Alex, Emilio and her great nephew, Sebastian. Robbies heart was her doggies, if she could have had a 100 she would have. Robbie was a strong-willed woman that went through life happy on her terms. Robbie is survived by her mother, Helen Ford of Dalhart, Texas, her 2 sisters- Penny Pearson & her husband, Thomas of Paducah, Texas and Lawana Page & her husband, Jim of Dalhart, Texas, her niece, Amber Ford of Dalhart, Texas, her daughter, Melissa Stegall, her son, Brent Stegall of Lubbock, Texas, her grandson, Ben Rawlings and granddaughter, Chelsea Stegall of Dalhart, Texas and nephew, Justin Pearson of Paducah, Texas. Robbie is preceded by her husband, Jake Britz, her father, Albert Sprayberry Jr. and step father, James Ford.
