Ritika Yogesh Popat was born September 26, 1984 in Mumbai, India to Yogesh. & Kalpana (Majethia) Popat. Ritika came to the USA in 1994 at the age of 10. She graduated high school in 2002 and then went on to the University of Texas Dallas graduating in 2007 with a degree in Biology. She and her husband own a business in Dallas.Ritika was a caring young girl full of self confidence and energy.Survivors include her husband, Sam Mujahid of Dallas, TX.; mother, Kalpana Popat and Stepfather, Kamal Babla of Dalhart, TX. ; brother, Umesh Popat of Dalhart, TX. ; Grandparents, Dayalji & Sharda Majethia of India.Preceded in death by her father Yogesh Popat and her paternal grandparents.
