Monday, February 14, 2005 at Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Horizon Funeral HomeOfficiant was Rusty Hancock, Pastor - Lincoln Street Baptist Church, Dalhart, Texas Reba Francis Peden was born February 26, 1915 in Pleasant Site, Alabama to Claude and Mollie (Gray) Peden. Her family moved to the Conlen area in the mid 20s and on April 8, 1946 she married Gale Franklin in Dalhart, TX. Gale died in January of 1982. Reba was a beautician and had worked professionally for over 37 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Dalhart Rebekah Lodge and the Dalhart Chapter of the Eastern Star. An accomplished pianist, Reba enjoyed playing the piano at every opportunity. Reba is survived by 1 Son - Hoyt and his wife Alene Davis of Dalhart, Texas 1 Daughter - Joyce and her husband Dick Railsback of Amarillo, TX 2 sisters in law - Charmaine Peden of Clifton, TX and Bonnie Artz of Dalhart, TX 6 Grandchildren: Brenda Keener of Prosper, TX - Sandy Finlayson of Southlake, TX Linda Mahard of Prosper, TX Scott Railsback of Wylie, TX ,- Terry Davis of Dumas, TX and Bernard Davis of Dalhart, TX14 Great Grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildrenReba is preceded in death by her Parents, her husband, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.Memorials to: Coon Memorial Home 210 Texas Blvd Dalhart, TX 79022
