Alex Raymond Gaona, 81, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at his home in Dalhart, Texas. Raymond was born on Saturday, March 6, 1937 in Conlen, TX to Nicholas & Teresita (Padilla) Gaona. He moved to Dalhart in 1952 where he worked for the Railroad maintenance department until he retired in 1999 at the age of 62. Raymond was a quiet man and kept to himself most of his life. Raymond is survived by- Sister - Mary F. Gaona of Dalhart, TX Sister - Josephine Joens of Montrose, CO Brother Joe Gaona of Houston, TX Brother Nicholas Gaona of Houston, TX Brother Albert Gaona of Tampa, FL As well as many nieces and nephews.
