Ray Edward McNabb, 87, died on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, in Dalhart, TXFuneral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2009 at the First Assembly of God Church in Dalhart, Texas. Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart.Ray Edward McNabb was born September 12,1922 in Velma, OK to James and Rubie (Bell) McNabb. He was a US Army Medic during WWII. Ray met Betty Jean Sanders and they married on August 2, 1948 Dalhart. Ray was a member of the First Assembly of God church and a well known business owner throughout the Dalhart community for the past 50 years. Survivors include sons: Oscar McNabb and his wife of Bartlesville, OK, Preston McNabb and his wife of Edmond, OK Brothers: Floyd McNabb of Mesquite, TX -Clarence McNabb of Pueblo, CO. and Jim McNabb of Yukon, OK Sister-Shirley Ophus of Oklahoma.
