Ray Harve Andes was born March 20, 1920 in Clarksville, TX to James and Zora (Griffin) Andes. On July 14, 1938 he married Irene Hale in Edinburg, TX. They moved to Dalhart in 1958. Ray spent most of his life working in the Panhandle area. He loved people, visiting, helping his friends and his renters, and caring for and raising chickens.
