Moran & Sons Funeral Directors of Decatur, Illinois. Father Robert Busch, Pastor St. Anthonys Catholic Church will be officiating the services in Dalhart and Father Jeff Grant of the St. Patricks Catholic Church will be officiating the graveside services in Decatur, IL. Survivors include Numerous Nieces & Nephews & a host of Friends Preceded by: Parents, Brothers & Sisters Biography: Paul Frank Calamello was born February 12, 1919 to Benjamin & Mary (Scardello) Calamello in Decatur, IL. Paul enlisted in the Army, June 17,1940 in Decatur, IL. He was honorably discharged as a staff Sgt. He moved to Dalhart in 1960 from Decatur, IL. Paul & Pete Scardello built some of Dalhart & Hartleys finest homes. He raised cattle, and he was an excellent wood craftsman. He was a lifetime member of the VFW of Dalhart, TX National Rifle Association. He enjoyed playing dominoes, and he was an active Knights of Columbus, and a longtime member of the St. Anthonys Catholic Church. Memorials: St. Anthonys Endowment Fund
