Patsy Bressler Howell, 74, died Monday, December 28, 2015 in Amarillo, TXGraveside services were at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 31, 2015 in Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, Texas Patsy Ann Matthews was born January 16, 1941 in Dalhart, TX to Edward and Lily Mae (White) Matthews.Patsy retired from Zales Jewelers after over 20 years in Amarillo and Eules. She loved jewelry! Patsy spent many fun filled years as a member of the RED HAT SOCIETY. On April 18, 2000 she married Richard F. Howell in Lahaina, Maui. Richard died in 2004. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard, and brothers Otto Sutton and Carl Matthews.Survivors include her sons Mike Williams, Kenny Williams, Terry Williams & Johnny Ray Williams all of Amarillo, TX and a niece Barbara Cromer of Amarillo, TX.
