Patrick Lewis Gallegly, 69, died Saturday, September 30, 2017 in Dumas, TXPrivate interment was under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home of DalhartPatrick Lewis Gallegly, age 69, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Pat was born May 20, 1948 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Henry L. and Marjorie (Wheeler) Gallegly. He was a graduate of Dalhart High School, class of 1966, and served in the U.S. Air Force with the Hurricane Hunters. Pat is survived by his mother of Dalhart; siblings, Tim Gallegly and wife Patti of Scottsdale, Arizona; Ken Gallegly and wife Kaua of Levelland, Texas; Cindy Whitehead and husband Tony of Lubbock, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marty, and his father.The family would like to thank the staff of Great Plains Nursing Home and Memorial Hospice of Dumas, Texas for the excellent care given Pat.
