Patricia Radford, 72, died after a prolonged illness, on Friday, December 03, 2010 at her home in Dalhart, TX. Services were held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at the United Pentecostal Church, 801 Scott, Dalhart, TX. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, TX.Patricia Joy Bishop was born September 21, 1938 in Dalhart, TX to George Washington Bishop and Ruth Argie Wood Bishop. Patricia was raised in Dalhart and graduated form Dalhart High School in 1957. On September 1, 1979 she married Aubrey Radford in Dalhart, TX. Mrs. Radford worked for the Dallam County Tax office for 39 years, the last 21 as Tax Assessor/Collector. Patricia retired on January 1st, 2000. She was a member of the Dalhart United Pentecostal Church. Survivors include her husband Aubrey Radford of Dalhart, TX, a son: Kevin Radford of Thornton, CO, a brother Ron Bishop and his wife Lareta of Clinton, OK, two sisters-in-law: Ronnye Bishop and Dorothy Bishop both of Dalhart, TX, two grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers: Charlie and Lynn Bishop and 2 sisters: Bobbie King and Edith Tidrick.
