Pablo Rojas, 74 of Dalhart, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 2:00PM on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church with Kurtis Abla officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home. Pablo Rojas born to Marcelino and Eva Rojas on April 1, 1947 in Lamesa, Texas. Pablo passed to be with his loving Lord on December 26, 2021. Rusty Hancock use to tease him every year on being an "April Fools Baby". Pablo was a 1965 Dalhart High School graduate and attended Texas Tech for two years. He was a die hard "Cowboys Fan". Pablo dedicated his life to helping his mother and he loved the Lord beyond Description. Everyone that met him knew that from the beginning. He never missed and opportunity to witness for the Lord. I, Domingo, was blessed to be in my brothers Sunday School class and was amazed at how he studied all week to bring us his weekly lesson. He was a member and Deacon of Lincoln Street Baptist Church since 1989, employed at First National Bank for 33 years. He was preceded in death by his father Marcelino Rojas, brothers Tony and Mike Rojas and sister Frances Fuentes. He is survived by his mother Eva Rojas, brother Domingo Rojas and sisters Virginia Wheeler and husband Richard and Melissa Gonzalez, 12 nieces and nephews and 23 Great nieces and nephews.
