Noah Lee Armer, Jr., 49, died Sunday, January 22, 2017 in Amarillo, TX Graveside service were held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:00 am at Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart, TX. Under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home, Dalhart, Texas. Officiating was Rev. Kevin Douglas of the Church of the Nazarene in Dalhart, Texas. Noah Lee Armer, Jr. was born in Ft. Worth, TX to Noah Lee Armer, Sr and Terry Lynn Foster. Noah spent a few years in Las Vegas, Pecos and Amarillo before settling back in Dalhart, TX.Noah was a very patient, attentive and loved being around people. These qualities made him a natural to be a caregiver for several families in Dalhart including his grandparents, Newton and Pauline Foster. He later went back to school at Amarillo College and received his certification and license to become a truck driver. Those were long hours, but made shorter when his girls would join him on the road. He loved that time with them because there were few distractions and long conversations. Noah had 3 daughters Elizabeth, Shelly and Ginger. They were the loves of his life and he cherished every minute with them. He took every opportunity to brag about his girls being smart, pretty, silly and beautiful. They were his everything.Noah was a devoted Christian, and loved attending his church and serving others. His faith was very important to him, he loved to share his testimony.He didnt get a great start at life due to circumstances out of his control, but he kept his chin up, learned forward, and looked for the best in everyone. With the same loving and compassionate manner, reflective of his life, Noah chose to donate his organs to Life Gift. It was his heart's desire to save, enhance and improve as many lives as possible. He will then be cremated and laid to rest with his loved ones who have gone on before him. Noah is survived by his 3 daughters- Elizabeth Baty of Canyon, TX, Shelly Armer and Diamond Ginger Armer both of Fritch, TX., his mother, Terry Foster of Tishomingo, OK. He is also survived by his brother, Shannon Armer and sister Yvonne Miller of Tishomingo, OK., his sister, Suzanne Devinney of Ponca City, OK and brother, James Armer of Austin, TX. Noah is preceded in death by his father, Noah Lee Armer, Sr., Grandparents- Arlie Armer, Dorthy Lucero, Newton & Pauline Foster. Noahs favorite Bible verse was Song of Solomon 8:7~Many waters cannot quench love; Nor rivers overflow it.
