Nina Johnson, 37 of Dalhart, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 2 o' clock in the afternoon on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at First Baptist Church with Brother Rodger Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Nina will lay in state from noon until 8 o' clock in the evening on Wednesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home. Nina was born on August 17, 1984 to Clifford Earl and Gloria Jean Johnson in Dalhart, TX. Nina graduated from Dalhart High School in 2002. Nina loved and cherished spending time her family especially her nieces and nephews. She was always willing to take care of her mom and dad or anyone that needed it. Nina enjoyed playing on her phone and cooking; what she looked forward the most were the holiday cookings and Sunday morning breakfast at her moms. Nina was a night owl and would prefer working nights so much she would quite often fill in for others; she truly enjoyed working with all of Coon Memorial staff. She enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest and loved to make people laugh. With sayings like "YOLO" "Im feeling delish" "Where have you been all my life" and "break bread like Jesus said" just to name a few. Nina was a good person with a personality like no other, a heart of gold and a radiant smile that would light up any room. Nina was known by many people and will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by one brother: Bryon Johnson; maternal grandparents: James and Zelpha Ellis; paternal grandparents: Russell and Ida Johnson. Those left to cherish Ninas memories are her parents: Clifford and Gloria Johnson; three brothers: Crispin Johnson and wife Amber, Trent Johnson and wife Kandice and Theodore Johnson; nieces: Quintana, Remi, Heavenly, and Samantha; nephews: Christian, Kamryn and Jacob; great niece: Ember; boyfriend: Jason Tuttle and many aunts and uncles.
