Nellie Burrow, 84, died on Sunday, April 28, 2013 in Dumas, Texas.Services were held at 2:00 pm Thursday, May 02, 2013 at the First Christian Church with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home - Dalhart, Texas.Officiating were Rusty Hancock of The Lincoln Street Baptist Church, and Rick Calvert of The Church of The Nazarene.Nellie Vigil was born Manuelita Vigil on April 16, 1929 in Logan NM to Manual and Francis (Padilla) Vigil. She grew up and attended school in Logan. On July 27, 1947 she married Marion Ralph Pete Burrow in Clayton, NM and they lived in Dalhart where they raised their family. Nellie was a homemaker and she enjoyed her family. She was a member of the First Christian Church and enjoyed occasionally attending services at Lincoln Street Baptist Church and the Church of the Nazarene.Nellie is survived by her daughters: Linda & her husband Leon Findley of Clarendon, TX Nadine Williams of Dalhart, TX and Diana & Rex Hoover of Booker, TX - a sister Cleo Ramirez, of Albuquerque, NM and a sister in law Carmen Vigil of Tucumcari, NM. 13 Grandchildren, 23 Great-grandchildren and 4 Great great-grandchildren.
