Naomi Kromer died on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 in Amarillo, TX.Services were held at 2:00 pm on Friday at the Adrian Church of Christ in Adrian, Texas with burial in Vega Memorial Park Cemetery, Vega Texas - Horizon Funeral HomeNaomi King was born February 22, 1912 near Shamrock, Texas to Glenn and Clara (McCloister) King. Naomi graduated from Shamrock High School before attending West Texas College where she received her degree in teaching. She married Farris Kromer on June 14, 1941 in Shamrock, Texas he died in 1974. Naomi was a longtime resident of Adrian, Texas and taught in the Texas Public School System for 42 years 26 of those as a First Grade Teacher in Adrian. Mrs. Kromer was a member of the Adrian Church of Christ.She is survived by 2 daughters: Cynthia and her husband Phil Pinnell of Plainview, TX Kathleen and her husband Elza Pollard of Dalhart, TX 1 son: Bruce Kromer and his wife Thelma of Keller, Texas 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren - Preceded in death by: her parents, her husband, 2 brothers, 3 sisters and 1 grandson.
