Matthew V. Samaniego was born December 18, 1961 in Odessa, TX to Paul and Placida (Villanula) Samaniego. When he was 10 yrs old he and his family moved to Dalhart where he attended school. Matthew enjoyed working on cars and visiting with friends. He is survived by his mother Placida McKeegan and her husband Paul of Dalhart, TX , sisters Carolyn Blanco, of Panhandle, TX, Silvia Delapaz of Amarillo, TX, Rita Stewart of Canyon, TX, brothers Johnny Samaniego, Lloyd Ray Samaniego, and Joe Samaniego all of Dalhart, TX and many nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by 2 sisters Susie Ramos and Joyce pedrosa and a brother Paul Samaniego.
