Mary Frances Vincent (Cook) was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma on September 7th, 1943, and passed away on February 18th, 2025, at the age of 81 in Amarillo, TX. Her parents were Juanita and Albert Cook, and her stepmother Erma Cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband David 'Pete' Vincent, brothers Ben Cook, Harold Cook, and sister Shirley Harry.
She is survived by her brother Larry Cook of Oklahoma City, OK, and her sons: David Vincent Jr. and wife, Christina, of Santa Fe, NM; Scott Vincent and wife, Lori, of Hartley, TX; Russell Vincent and wife, Tammy, of Amarillo, TX; Jason Vincent and wife, Susie, of Lubbock, TX; and Toby Vincent and wife, Rebecca, of Amarillo, TX. Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Mom grew up in Dumas, TX and graduated from Dumas High School. She married David 'Pete' Vincent of Hartley, TX on Oct. 18th, 1961.
Mom cherished spending time with her family and loved sharing stories and memories of raising five boys. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she treasured every moment with them. Her hobbies were cooking, playing volleyball, and watching tennis.
Memorial service be will at the Hartley Baptist Church on Saturday, February 22nd at 10:30am.
