He Graduated from Dalhart High School and attended Amarillo Community College and West Texas University. He served his country and was honorably discharged. Manuel Married Frances Rojas in 1967. Manuel was plant manager for the City of Dalhart. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Dalhart He is survived by his wife Frances of Amarillo, TX one son: Ralphand wife Shirley Fuentes of Amarillo, TX., Two Sisters: Alice Fuentes of Dalhart, TX. and Angel Fuentes of Chicago, Il , Granddaughter: Stormie Fuentes of Amarillo, TX.
