Luis Carlos Morales, 75 of Dalhart, passed away on December 10, 2022. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00am Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Lawrence John celebrating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00pm on Tuesday at the church. Mr. Morales will lay in state from noon until 5:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home.
