Linda Castro was born July 30, 1929 in Houston, TX to Juan and Julia (Espinosa) Castro. Raised in San Antonio, TX , she married Walter Olivarez on August 16, 1944 in Beeville, TX. They moved to Plainview in 1953 and farmed there until 1969 when they moved to Dalhart. She was a member of St. Anthonys Catholic Church.Survivors include her - Son: Fidel and wife Mary Olivarez of Dalhart, TX, Daughter: Celia and husband Jessie Ortiz of Plainview, TX 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren. 2 Brothers and 2 sistersShe was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two brothers, two sisters, one son Walter Jr. and one daughter Rosa Arredondo.
