Lelia Zane Davis, 85, died Thursday, May 17, 2017 in Lubbock, Texas. Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Liberty Baptist Church with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home of Dalhart. Lelia Zane Gray was born May 27, 1931 in Nara Visa, NM to Charles Luther & Lelia (Gregston) Gray. She attended school in Nara Visa, NM, Durham, KS and graduated Dalhart High School. Lelia married Charles "Red" H. Davis on May 12, 1949 and had 3 children together. Lelia was an antiques and collectables dealer and owned Zanes Antiques a store in Dalhart in the 1980s. She loved the LORD and was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. Lelia is survived by her 2 daughters- Sarah Kapera of Kansas City, MO and Susan LaRocco of Mount Ephraim, NJ, and a son Philip S. Davis of Lubbock, TX, 3 grandsons- Stephen LaRocco of Greenville, SC, David & Daniel LaRocco of Mount Ephraim, NJ as well as 2 great grandsons- Samuel LaRocco of Greenville, SC and Benjamin LaRocco of Greenville, SC.
