Nephew Gary Clements and his wife Cindy their children Spencer and Shay Clements.Kenneth Ray Austin was born November 28, 1948 in Dalhart, TX to Raymond and Daphne (Walkup) Austin. Kenneth was a 1967 graduate of Dalhart High School. A Farmer and rancher he lived his entire life in the Dalhart Area and was active in the community from High School where he was Class President, and received the Fighting Heart Award to exalted ruler of the B.P.O.E. 2390 (Elks), past XIT Director, and past president of the XIT Rangers. He also served on the FHA Financial Board.
