Julie Stewart, 79, died Monday, May 16, 2016 in Amarillo, TX.Funeral Services were held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Church of The Nazarene, Dalhart,TX with Pastor Rick Calvert officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery Horizon Funeral Home, Dalhart,TX.Lillian Julia Hall was born October 25, 1936 to Frank S Hall Jr. and Opal (Stayton) Hall. Julie attended school in Dalhart and graduated from Dalhart High School in 1955. On May 21, 1955 Julie married Emery Jack Stewart, he died in 1991. Julie was active in the Nazarene Church where she loved to sew and crochet gifts for the local Nazarene outreach missions and as gifts for family and friends. Traveling, crocheting, reading and family filled her days after she retired from managing the Dalhart elementary school cafeteria.Julie is preceded in death by her husband and her parents. She is survived by her daughters Susan and husband Jason Robertson, Kay Larson, and a son Allen Stewart as well as Grandchildren: Dallas Robertson and wife Rachele, Taysha Robertson-Williams and husband Eric, Kye Robertson and wife Maci, Josh Schneider, Jeremy Schneider and fianc Rebecca Ruppanner.
