Juanell Wyckoff, 91 of Dalhart, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021. A Graveside Service is scheduled or 11 o' clock in the morning on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 in Kress Cemetery in Kress, TX. Ms Wyckoff will lay in state from 5 until 7 o'clock in the evening on Monday at the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home. Juanell was born on September 25, 1930 to Ernest Benjamin and Oleta Grace Williamson in Floydada, TX. She earned her GED and went on to beautician school and practiced cosmetology most her life. Juanell loved to sew and do embroidery work. She made all her grandkids homemade quilts to treasure. Juanell truly enjoyed canning food from the garden and fruit trees. She was a member of the Church of Christ and had been in the community for over two years. She is preceded in death by her parents; one son: Lonnie Ray Harrison; and one brother: Weldon Williamson; grandparents: Lelia and Olin Wilburn Phipps. Juanell is survived by two daughters: Tuan Clay and husband Jimmy of Nara Visa, NM, and Beverly Mayfield of Liberty Hill, TX; two sisters: her twin, Linda Gay Duncan, Sandra Kay Pruitt; six grandchildren and ten great children.
