Under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home, Dalhart, TXOfficiating will be Jeff Ratliff, Minister Dalhart Church of Christ, Dalhart, TX and Dean Whaley, Minster - Bell Ave. Church of Christ, Amarillo, TX.Johnnie Cecil Tipton was born April 6, 1912 in Summerfield, TX to Frank and Ola (Wallace) Tipton. Cecil grew up and spent most of her life around Erick, OK and moved to Dalhart in 1998. She was a member of the Dalhart Church of Christ and enjoyed playing cards, bingo and dominoes. Survivors include her son Randall and his wife Wilma Stewart of Dalhart, TX, one sister Onnie Dosher of Tipton, OK. 3 grandchildren Valerie Marshall of Lubbock, TX, Randy Stewart of Odessa, TX and Richey Stewart of Lubbock, TX. 7 great grandchildren and 4 Great-greatgrandchildren.Preceded in death: her husbands, Earl Stewart and Earl Hobbs, a son Earl Stewart Jr., 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
