Joe Bill Frazier, 81, died Saturday May 10, 2014 in Dumas, Texas.Services were held Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart, Texas. Joe Bill Frazier was born October 12, 1932 to Robert Lee and Martha Frazier in Dalhart, TX. He was the youngest of sixteen children. When Joe was old enough he joined the Army and served during the Korean War. He loved to talk about his time in the service. He drove a truck when he got out of service. Joes laugh was contagious and will be missed dearly. Joe is preceeded in death by his parents and siblings. Survived by his nephews- Jimmy Frazier, Bobby Lynn Frazier and his niece Twyla Janell Hulen. Numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
