JoAnn M. Stilwell, 67, died Friday, March 18, 2016 in Amarillo, TX Funeral Services were held at 10:00 am Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Dalhart, TX. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery Funeral arrangements entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home.Officiating was by Brian Walton, Associate Pastor, First Baptist Church, Dalhart, TXJoAnn Mullin was born August 29, 1948 in Dalhart, TX to Kendall and LaVerne (Unnasch) Mullin.She was raised in Dalhart and graduated from Dalhart High School in 1966. JoAnn worked for Rita Blanca Electric Co-Op for many years, before co-owning her own business, Creative Expressions, in Dalhart. JoAnn enjoyed visiting with friends and customers. After leaving the store she started her career as an administrative secretary at Coon Memorial Hospital until she retired in 2014.
