Jessica Miller, 21, died Sunday, July 30, 2017. Funeral Services were held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Channing, TX. Burial did follow in the Channing Cemetery. - Arrangements by Horizon Funeral Home. Jessica Miller was born November 15, 1995 in Abilene, Texas. She graduated in 2014 from Channing High School. Jessica was Valedictorian of her class, as well as being active in basketball, track, and cheerleading. Always caring for others, she never hesitated to "step up" and meet the need. Her Can Do attitude propelled her through her college studies and her career with Starbucks. Jessica had an unending energy when it came to helping, co-workers, friends and family! Jessica leaves behind her mother: Pamela Davis of Kerrville, TX, her father Vic Knoerr of Channing, TX, a brother Brandon and his wife Meghan Davis of Ballinger, TX, a nephew Brighton Davis of Ballinger, TX, two half-sisters: Dawn Nickles and Crystal Haddock, as well as her maternal grandparents Walter and Mary Davis of Ballinger, TX, an uncle: Michael and his wife Linda Davis of Coleman, TX and aunt: Victoria Markward of Tacoma, WA.
