Jean Bush,76 died Monday, October 11, 2004 in Dalhart, Texas Services were at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church.Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home of Dalhart. Rusty Hancock, Minister at Lincoln St. Baptist Church of Dalhart, TX. officiated. Trevious Imogene Doss was born August 8, 1928. Raised in Ringling, Oklahoma, she moved with her family to Dalhart in 1941. Jean met Richard Alton Bush in 1945 when they worked together at the 134 Taxi Service, where she worked as a dispatcher and he worked as a Taxi Driver. They married on September 4, 1946 in Tucumcari, New Mexico and celebrated their 58th Wedding Anniversary in September. She worked at the Dalhart Hatchery for a number of years, before beginning a career as a dietician for Coon Memorial Hospital and Home. Jean was fondly remembered by the staff, residents, patients, and public for her home style cooking. She retired from Coon Memorial on December 16, 1977. After retirement, Jean continued her career at home as a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and great Grandmother. She is survived by her Husband, Richard of the home. One son, Danny Bush of Dalhart, TX a daughter, Deena Parker of Dalhart, TX. Three sisters, Barbara Wilkinson & Peggy Westberry both of Dalhart, TX & Bobbie Rowe of Lubbock, TX She is preceded by her parents, a son- Rex Bush, a daughter- Lorraine Frazier 1 Brother & 1 Sister & a granddaughter Pamela Jean P.J. Frazier
