Jarildean Davis, 91, died Friday January 3, 2014 in Dalhart, TX. Graveside service were held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday January 10, 2014 Stratford Cemetery, Stratford, TX, with Bob McAlister, officiating. Jarildean Ashcraft was born August 21, 1922 in Santa Anna, TX to Buford and Victoria (Yountz) Ashcraft. When Jarildean was 21 she married Roy L. Davis, She was an avid seamstress and she loved gardening and canning. Jarildean was an active member of the Womens Club and was a former Woman of the Year. She will be dearly missed. She is preceeded in death by her parent and her husband Roy L. Davis. Survivors include nieces and nephews- Bryan Hugh Claiborne, Karen Gail Claiborne, Thomas Forest Dobbs, Ronnie Dean Machalek, Robert Lee Machalek, Sandra Louise McDearman, Marilyn Kay Turner, Pamela Joy Turner and two very special people in her life Eva Davis and Mary Reynolds.
