James Isbell died Saturday, January 10, 2015 in Amarillo, TX Memorial Services were held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the New Life with Lead Pastor Terry Stegall officiating. James Roy Isbell Jr. was born June 1, 1958 to James Sr. and Rama (Byrd) Isbell in Dumas, TX James grew up and attended school in Dumas. James worked for 22 years at Coronado Feeders. He loved to play golf, watch the Cowboys and spend time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife Paula, his daughters Tracie and her husband Roy Lee, Brandy and her husband Justin Rutherford, Trisha and her husband Jared Smith, all of Dalhart, TX his mother Ramona, a sister Lori Wilkerson of Amarillo, TX and a brother Jeff Barker of Pampa, TX. And 4 grandchildren - Dallas, Autum, Calie and Devn. He is preceded in death by his father, a son James Roy III, and his grandmother - Grandma Byrd.
