Iris Wilkinson, 95 Died on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 in Boise City, OK.Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2005 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church, with burial in Dalhart Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home- Dalhart, TexasOfficiating was Bob McAlister, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, Channing, TXFlorence Iris Grimm was born May 21, 1910 to Harley and Kitty (Rose) Grimm in Guymon, Oklahoma. Iris met George Wilkinson when she was about ten years old and later married him. They were married on June 19, 1927 and lived in Guymon until the late 30s when they moved to Dalhart. Of their eight children, seven were born in Guymon and the last was born in Dalhart. Iris lived in Dalhart for more than sixty years until she moved to Boise City with her daughter in 1997.She is survived by - Son: Harold Wilkinson of Dalhart, TX Daughters: Rosalee Pruitt of Shepherd, Montana Virginia Lay of Boise City, OK. 46 Grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren Preceded in death by: Parents, Husband George Wilkinson, 1 Brother, 4 Sisters, 3 Sons, & 2 Daughters.
