Dalhart DatelineIneta Mae Duggan, 97, died Saturday, July 30, 2011 in Amarillo, TXServices were held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church of Dalhart with burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, Texas.Officiating was Rusty Hancock, Pastor Lincoln Street Baptist Church of Dalhart, TexasIneta Mae Thompson was born on November 21, 1913 to Elgin and Dora Belle (Mahan) Thompson . She attended Dumas schools and graduated from Dumas High School in 1933. Ineta married R. B. (Bob) Duggan on July 24, 1934 in Clayton, New Mexico. Bob passed away on October 30, 1988. She lived in Hartley, Middle Well and Dalhart most of her life. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hartley for almost three decades, Lincoln Street Baptist for twenty years. After Bobs passing in 1988 Ineta moved to Amarillo. She attended Beacon Baptist Church until moving to the Arbors. While at the Arbors, she liked playing games and visiting with all of the residents. Ineta has been a very loving, wonderful and talented person, mother and grandmother. She will be truly missed and in our hearts forever.Ineta is survived by Daughter: Theta Wheeler of Amarillo, Son and his wife: Bob Duggan and Jonnie of Amarillo, Grandchildren, Rita and her husband Don Minto, Loyd and his wife Karen Wheeler, Shawn Duggan, Heather Duggan, and Trey and his wife Chryl Duggan, 11 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-GrandchildrenPreceded in death by her parents, husband Bob.
