Grace Clark Trublood, 93, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 in Dalhart, Texas.Graveside Services was held at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 10, 2012 at Stratford Perpetual Cemetery in Stratford, TX with Rusty Hancock, Pastor, officiating. The fourth daughter of James and Isabel Clark, Naomi Grace Clark was born on August 1, 1918 on the family farm in Stratford, Texas. She was raised on the farm and attended the Harris Country School until she started high school. Grace then went to Stratford High School graduating in the Class of 1938.She met and married Bert Savage. They farmed and traveled for 25 years.Grace and Edd Trublood were married in 1966 to who she had been happily married for 42 years. Grace and Edd farmed until they retired in the 1980s.Grace was a cancer survivor since 1986. She loved and served the Lord all her life.Survivors include her niece Linda Hamilton of Dalhart, TX, 2 great nieces - Sondra Lang and her husband Joe of Dalhart, TX, and DeLona Balthrop and her husband Jeff of San Antonio, TX - 2 Step Daughters LaNell Turpin and her husband Billy of Amarillo, TX, Vicky Parrott and her husband Fred of Gainesville, FL, and niece Bonnie Brown and husband James of Dalhart, TX. Great-Great Nieces - Kristin Fierro and husband Jacob of Austin, TX, Whitney Lang of Canyon, TX, Shannon Lang of Dalhart, TX and Trina Blades of Dalhart, TX. Great-Great Nephews - Jared and Reid Balthrop of San Antonio, TX , Darryl Penny of Dalhart, TX . Step Grandchildren - Robyn Kiddie and husband Bobby of Georgetown, TX, Billie Ray Turpin II of Austin, TX and Shanna Parrott of Gainesville, FL.Grace was preceded in death by her Parents, husband, Edd and a daughter, Doris Jean Savage and sisters, Mabel Page, Mary Margaret and Dorothy Ruth.
