Glenn Earl Manning, 80, died Sunday, October 3, 2010 in Dalhart, Texas.Memorial Services were held at 10:00 am Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church.Officiating was Rusty Hancock, Pastor, Lincoln Street Baptist Church.Glenn Earl Manning was born July 18, 1930 in Hereford, TX to Roy Glenn Manning and Earline Daniels Manning. Glenn was a US Army Veteran and He moved to Dalhart in 1972. Mr. Manning was the service manager for Phil Like Motors for many years.He is survived by 3 sons: Roger Manning of Ft. Collins, CO, Scott Manning and James Vandiver both of Dalhart, TX. 1 daughter: Betty Sutton of Mesquite, TX. 4 brothers: Harold, Bob, Roydale and Jim Manning all of Hereford, TX 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren. Glenn is preceded in death by his wife Laura, who died in 1989.
