Frank was raised in Wildorado before moving with his family to Dalhart in 1969. He graduated from Dalhart High School in 1973. Mr. Mobbs was employed by Gebos Distributing Company and had recently moved to Perryton to manage the store there. An avid craftsman, he enjoyed leather tooling and working on his antique JOHN DEERE tractor (which he lovingly rebuilt from the ground up).He is survived by his Wife: Rhonda Mobbs, Mother: Josephine Mobbs of Dalhart, Texas Brothers: David & his wife Doris Mobbs of Lowell, Arkansas & Steve & his wife Opal Mobbs of Abilene, Texas Sisters:Marilyn & her husband Mark Ellibee of Dumas, Texas - Beverly & her husband Clinton Scott of Aurora, Colorado Susan & her husband Vernon Holcombe of Amarillo, Texas Margaret and her husband Ted Robb of Idalou, Texas and a host of Nieces & Nephews including great and great-great nieces and nephews.Preceded in death by his father Robert Leon, a brother - Russell Mobbs and a nephew David Stacy Mobbs.
