Francisco Frank C. Luera, Sr., was born July 2, 1944 in San Antonio, TX to Juan & Frances Luera. Frank is survived by his 5 children- Frank Luera, Jr of Big Springs, TX, Raymond Rando of Dalhart, TX, Gloria Martinez of Big Spring, TX, Martha Rando of Las Vegas and Jason Luera of Big Spring, TX. As well as 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Luera and his parents, Juan & Frances Luera.
