Frances Warden, 88 of Herford formerly of Dalhart, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home. Frances Marie Warden was called home to the Lord on January 5, 2022. She was born February 5, 1933 to Alven Pane and Marry Tinny Payne. She married Winfred Warden on September 19, 1953 in Clayton, NM. Frances was a housewife, and the best mother to four children. She loved and cared for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also took care of many other children. They all called her Grandma and she loved them all. She always told her family about the Lord. Frances was the oldest of seven children. She had five sisters and one brother. Survivors include son Wendell Warden and wife Donna of Denver, CO, son John Warden and wife Sandy of Hereford, TX, and daughter Sabrina Gentry and husband Billy of Hereford, TX. Three sisters, Hellen Green of MIssissippi, Jessie Cassida of Amarillo, TX, and Marylou Winders of Amarillo, TX. She also had six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, two sisters and one brother. Arrangements Pending
