Fern Price, 96, died Monday, July 11, 2011 in Dalhart, TexasGraveside Services were held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 15, 2011 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, Texas.Officiating was Jeff Ratliff, minister of the Dalhart Church of Christ, Dalhart, Texas Mary Fern Chadwick was born on September 16, 1914, in Sawyer, Kansas to James and Lillie (Reynerson) Chadwick. In 1917, Fern left Sawyer with her family and moved to Sedan New Mexico where she lived for fifty years. Fern married Audie Price in Clayton, New Mexico on January 31, 1934. Audie retired from driving a school bus in 1966 and they moved to Dalhart. In 1972 they moved to Channing, TX where they lived until Audies death in 1979 and Fern moved back to Dalhart. Fern is survived by her daughter: Audene and her husband Jim Page of Clayton, NM, Grandsons: Jim Page of Dalhart, TX, Tim Page of Deming, NM, and Heath Price of Odessa, TX, Five Great-grandchildren and Four great-great-grandchildren and a daughter-in-law: Linda Price of Odessa, TXPreceded in death by Husband Audie Price , son Max Price in 2008 and great-grandson, Jesse James Page 1987
